# Unrecorded, but eaten in typical amounts
- Legumes
- Tofu, basic seitan, TVP and vital wheat gluten flour
- All plain vegetables, fruits or fungi, except coconut, avocado, dates and dried fruit (but including potatoes)
- Seasonings, unsweetened pickles, kimchi and miso
- Fiber supplement and FiberOne cereal
- Plain tea, coffee, sugar-free soft drinks and artifical sweeteners
- A *de minimus* amount of fat to keep food from sticking (but not dressed)
